VP

The Vice President supports the President in overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of the organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring that the club’s goals, policies, and standards are effectively implemented across all departments. The VP assists in leadership decisions, helps coordinate activities among board members and staff, and steps in to represent the organization when the President is unavailable. The Vice President works closely with coaches, managers, and administrative staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. They help monitor programs, support planning initiatives, and contribute to improving systems and processes within the club. The VP also participates in meetings, assists with policy development, and helps maintain strong communication between leadership and members.
