The President serves as the chief leader of the organization and is responsible for overseeing the overall vision, direction, and growth of the club. This role involves guiding the executive team, ensuring that the organization operates in alignment with its mission and values, and making strategic decisions that support long-term success. The President works closely with board members, coaches, staff, and league officials to maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth operations across all departments. They provide leadership in planning, policy development, financial oversight, and community engagement while ensuring that all activities follow league regulations and organizational standards. In addition, the President represents the club in official meetings, partnerships, and public events, acting as the primary spokesperson and ambassador of the organization.
